Relevant local project work: restructuring and reservation of the historic centre of Old Havana considering new cross-departmental planning concepts with participation of the local initiatives and an exemplary new organizational management concept; restructuring and conversion of devastated inner city areas, in particular the central transition zones and the restructuring of industrial sites (harbor docks and transportation systems (central railway transportation).
